Snuglr, developed by the Snuglr Team, is an AI-powered application that helps users discover the most suitable beverages for any scene. By uploading a photo, our system interprets the atmosphere of the environment and generates tailored beverage recommendations, including preparation methods and relevant cultural background.
Protecting your personal information is a priority for us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is processed, stored, and safeguarded, and what choices you have as a user. Using Snuglr indicates your agreement to the terms outlined here. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.
When the core feature of Snuglr is used, the system may process the following information provided by the user:
· Photos uploaded for scene analysis
· Optional captions or short notes entered by the user
· Beverage recommendations generated by the system
· Basic technical information required for app functionality, such as device type or app version
This information is used only to deliver the requested recommendation experience.
Snuglr intentionally limits the scope of information it handles.
The application does not collect or access:
· Contact lists or personal address books
· Continuous location tracking
· Personal identification documents
· Financial or payment information
· Background microphone recordings
· Photos or files not intentionally selected by the user
Only content deliberately provided by the user within the app is processed.
Snuglr uses automated visual analysis to interpret the atmosphere of uploaded photos and generate beverage recommendations.
All image processing occurs within the internal system environment managed by the Snuglr Team.
The application does not rely on external third-party AI platforms to analyze photos submitted by users.
When a photo is analyzed, temporary processing data may be created to interpret the scene. These temporary elements exist only during the analysis stage and are automatically removed once the recommendation result is generated.
User photos are not used for advertising, marketing analysis, or AI training purposes.
User-submitted images and generated recommendations remain within the Snuglr system.
Snuglr does not sell, share, transmit, or disclose user images or content to third parties, including:
· advertising networks
· analytics companies
· external AI providers
· data brokers
All processing occurs within a controlled environment operated by the Snuglr Team.
Snuglr analyzes environmental context in photos in order to recommend drinks suitable for a specific setting or moment.
The application does not perform facial recognition, identity verification, or biometric analysis.
If a user uploads an image where a person appears in the background, the system does not attempt to identify that person.
Specifically:
· Snuglr does not collect facial geometry or biometric identifiers
· No facial templates or biometric records are created
· Faces appearing in photos are not analyzed for identity purposes
· No facial information is stored separately or shared with any party
The system focuses only on general scene elements relevant to atmosphere, such as environment, lighting, and setting.
Some generated beverage suggestions may remain visible within the user’s activity history so that previous recommendations can be revisited.
Users may remove images or recommendation entries at any time within the application interface. Once removed, the related content is permanently deleted from the system.
Certain features may request device permissions when initiated by the user.
Camera Access
Allows users to take a new photo of their environment for analysis.
Photo Library Access
Allows users to select an existing photo from their device.
These permissions are optional and are used only when the related feature is activated.
As the application evolves, this Privacy Notice may be updated to reflect changes in functionality or regulatory requirements.
The most recent version will always be accessible within the application. Continued use of Snuglr indicates acceptance of the current version.
By using Snuglr, you provide explicit consent to the collection, processing, and storage of information as described in this Privacy Policy. You understand that your uploaded images will be analyzed internally to generate recommendations and that both originals and outputs may be stored in your personal history. You acknowledge that you may delete this information at any time. If you do not agree with these practices, you should stop using the app and remove it from your device.
